An anchor link allows you to jump directly to a specific section of a web page. To create one, you assign a unique ID to the desired element and then create a link that refers exactly to this ID. It is important that the ID is in English, without spaces and in lowercase letters.

How to set Anchor Links to another page

To set an anchor link to another page, first add the destination page as target and the HTML ID to your link. Then open the destination page and assign that same HTML ID to the element you want to jump to. This way, clicking the link will take users directly to the exact spot on the other page.

How to upload an image correctly

To upload an image, first download it from Celum as a PNG and rename it according to the naming convention. Upload the file to the FS Media Project and place it in the correct folder. Then define the medium details, including the Celum name, Celum ID, tags, and alt text. After that, set the focus area and check that all formats display correctly. Once everything looks right, release the image.

To create a preview link, scroll to the bottom of the page in FS and click on GID Link. If you want to display decors, you can add a country parameter at the end of the link. Make sure the country you choose matches your market. The same applies when adjusting the language in the preview link. Example: .en&country=DK

How to delete a page

To delete a page, first make sure it’s no longer referenced. Then create a Jira ticket with the Page ID asking the COM Team to confirm whether the page still has short URLs. Once they’ve completed their check, you can safely delete the page.

Once this check is complete, you can set the redirect by clicking delete and then selecting YES, choosing the target page the redirect should lead to, and then deleting the page.

How to solve release issues

If you receive a red eye issue after releasing a page, you must click on release again and select check. An overlay will show all conflicts that must be fixed before the page can be released. Once every conflict is resolved, the page can be released successfully.

How to release a page with validation issues

When releasing, validation issues will be displayed in an overlay. Read through them and fix them. Once all validation issues have been resolved, the page can be released as usual.

How to set query strings

To maintain a query string, start by creating an internal link to the target page (for example, the décor search page). Then go to the page on egger.com and apply the filters you need, such as selecting all ST10 wood décors. Copy the last part of the URL — this is the query string. Insert this query string into the designated field in FirstSpirit. When someone clicks the link, they will be taken directly to the décor search page with the ST10 décors already preselected.

To create a DAP link, you must first add a suitable component (e.g., decor slider, product teaser). Then click NEW and choose between EDP, EFP, and products, depending on which is needed. Next, click on ADD, search for the desired decor/product, and then add it. To make the DAP links visible in the preview, add a country parameter to the end of the link. Make sure that the country parameter matches your market.
